Ziegler’s Landscape by Design in Onalaska, WI, is seeking a skilled Landscape Irrigation Manager to join our team. This person’s responsibility will be to ensure our clients’ irrigation systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design custom irrigation systems dependent upon landscape needs.
- Work with a crew to maintain systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform repairs on existing systems.
- Program and adjust controllers.
- Collaborate with landscape designers to develop irrigation plans.
- Trouble shoot and resolve malfunctions as needed.
- Document all work performed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in landscape irrigation
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of horticulture and plant water needs
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage of $25-$35/hour with salary potential based on experience
