What You'll Do:
- Support Operations Across the Company: Complete special projects that keep our stores running smoothly.
- Build, Repair & Create: Assemble grills and other customer products, repair and build window screens, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship that supports our customers and store teams.
- Delivering Outstanding Service: Safely and professionally complete deliveries and product transfers between stores.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Take on a variety of hands-on assignments and special projects as business needs arise.
- Work Independently and Make an Impact: Work across multiple locations while contributing to meaningful projects throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in retail settings
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Position Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit, stand and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel to store locations, as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours
