Responsibilities
- New Customer Onboarding - starts with a friendly outreach to ensure they have access to their policies and more.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about Ziegler Insurance Group's products and services.
- Assist customers with policy-related questions and basic administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to meet customer needs.
- Process customer requests and update account information accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and transition interested customers.
Requirements
- Must have or be able obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License. Employer assistance available.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
