Customer Service Coordinator – Sales Development Track

Are you a natural at making people feel welcome, but looking for more than a typical front-desk job? This role is your entry point into our sales team. You'll be the first face our customers see and the hub of our busy sales floor — learning our products, our customers, and our sales process from the inside.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and manage the check-in/check-out process, keeping our CRM/point of sale software updated in real time
- Answer and qualify a high volume of incoming calls, routing to the right sales staff
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments to reschedule
- Process payments and help customers understand their charges
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to management for resolution
- Keep the showroom and front-of-house area clean and presentable
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Communicate with operations staff on vehicle status alongside the GM
- Support the sales team with outreach to existing customers as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience in a high-call-volume front desk, switchboard, or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A calm, patient, solutions-first attitude — even when things get busy
- Comfort with multi-line phone systems and general computer literacy
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or commission-based work a plus
- Genuine interest in a future sales career preferred
