Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Job Location: Pickwick Farms Apartments (1504 Handball Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46260)
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team on a Full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing activities, client interactions, and property management.
Responsibilities:
- Present apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
- Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants.
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial capacity to create personalized presentations.
- Provide accurate information on property features.
- Validate application information and references.
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
- Stay informed about the property market status.
- Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant.
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales.
- Proficiency in YARDI software is essential. Basic understanding of MS Office.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques.
- Customer-focused approach.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $20.00-$23.00 Per Hour

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
- Saturday, 10:00AM-5:00PM
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing (required).
- Proficiency in YARDI software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Work location: In person.
- Bilingual Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred but not required.
