SUMMARY:

- Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.
- Provides clean China, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.
- Set tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required.
- Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner.
- Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Qualifications

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification
- Knowledge of sanitation, operation and maintenance of bar equipment.
- Able to understand, read, write legibly in English.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
- Work varied shifts, which will include day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Availabe to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Frequent lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store or move materials, supplies and equipment. Occasional lifting and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties.
