Duties
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the manufacturing facility
- Operate basic machinery and tools following established safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure safety compliance
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving supplies, raw materials, or finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to uphold safety standards in production environments
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor roles is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety procedures
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout shifts
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and safety compliance
