ZI Machine Mfg. located 30 miles east of Sacramento is searching for a Machine Shop Helper to join our team. We are a very family-oriented machining company that specializes in CNC turning and milling primarily for the Aerospace/Defense industry. ZI Machine was started in 1983 and has made a name for itself due to our obsession with detail and quality.

We work a 4-10 schedule (6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-Th), with occasional / optional overtime on Fridays. We also treat our team members exceptionally well with catered lunches and company parties. The ideal candidate will have basic machine shop knowledge from past professional experience or schooling. Responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining CNC machines (cleaning out chips, replacing/adding coolant), cleaning and organizing the shop, helping in shipping and receiving, sawing raw material, deburring finished goods, , and occasionally operating manual or CNC mills and lathes.
