Position Summary

ZHKICKS is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced e-commerce and live-selling operation. This role covers the full flow of product through our warehouse: receiving, stocking, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping, plus hands-on support for our daily livestreams. This is an entry-level role — no warehouse or e-commerce experience is required, though prior warehouse experience and forklift experience are both a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfillment

• Pick and prepare shoes to be packed and shipped, working quickly and accurately.
• Pack and ship outgoing orders, keeping pace with daily order volume.
• Receive incoming inventory, inspect it, and stock shelves in an organized, easy-to-find system.
• Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and clearly labeled at all times.

Live Stream Support

• Pick and stage shoes to be featured on live TikTok Shop and Whatnot streams. Work directly with the on-camera streamer during live sales, pulling and handing off product in real time.
• Interface with the e-commerce platform to confirm orders, sizing, and stock levels as sales happen live.
• Help keep the pace of the stream moving by having the right product ready at the right time — dead air loses viewers.

Team Collaboration

• Communicate stock issues, popular items, and order questions to the team in real time. Take direction clearly, and also operate independently once you know the flow of the floor. Show up on time and ready to work for your scheduled shift; reliability matters as much as speed. Contribute to a high-energy, team-based environment where everyone pitches in.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse or e-commerce experience required — this is an entry-level position. Prior warehouse experience is a plus. Experience operating a forklift is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-based environment. Able to take direction clearly and also work independently. Reliable and punctual, with flexibility across shift times. Comfortable with a fast-paced, still-evolving startup environment.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to work on-site at the Woodridge facility for your full scheduled shift. Ability to stand, move, and stay active on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift and move shoes and product up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available for one of multiple flexible shifts between 7:30 AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, including part-time 4-hour shifts, which are a great fit for community college students.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first month, you'll be comfortable with the daily flow of receiving, stocking, and shipping, and confident supporting the team during live streams. Within six months, you'll be a trusted, go-to member of the warehouse team who can run the floor independently and train newer hires.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
