Duties
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to inform patient assessments and interventions.
- Provide pediatric outpatient care services, including well child visits and sick visits.
- Perform laboratory tests and interpret results to guide clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Manage utilization management processes to ensure efficient use of healthcare resources.
- Administer vaccines.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the relevant specialty area.
- Strong knowledge of systems related to healthcare delivery and patient management.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and procedures.
- Experience working in pediatric outpatients care settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
