We are recruiting: Senior Motor Control Expert / Electrical Control System Architect
Job Requirements
- :PhD or higher degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automatic Control, Computer Science, or a related field
- .3 years of experience in motor software control development, with hands-on experience in algorithm design, software programming, and development/debugging of motor controllers on relevant platforms
- .In-depth understanding of the operating principles and d-q axis mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM); proficiency in various motor control algorithms such as square wave/sine wave field-oriented control (FOC), direct torque control (DTC), flux-weakening control, and sensorless control
- .Strong proficiency in C language for software design
- .Solid knowledge of automatic control theory and PID control methods; experience in PID tuning is preferred
- .Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN/LIN/485, and proficiency in using CAN/LIN bus development tools
- .Strong logical analysis and reasoning skills; proactive and responsible work ethic; good team player with the ability to work under pressure
.Job Responsibilities
- :Develop control algorithms for PMSM-based electric control systems, and independently complete motor control software development and related debugging
- .Integrate and debug low-level drivers for motor controllers, and collaborate with hardware engineers on controller hardware integration and testing
- .Conduct bench testing and system-level debugging of motor control software
- .Identify and resolve software issues encountered during bench testing and system-level testing
- .Participate in the preparation, organization, and archiving of technical documents and materials related to motor controllers, as well as associated software development tasks
- .Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
