About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PLC Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and after-sales service for equipment delivered to our clients in the Georgia region. This role requires strong expertise in Mitsubishi PLC systems and a hands-on, customer-facing approach to industrial equipment servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warranty maintenance, retrofitting, and after-sales technical support for equipment installed at client sites, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
- Strictly follow client site regulations and protocols; respond promptly and effectively to urgent issues outside of normal working hours.
- Submit daily work reports to the regional team lead, detailing tasks completed, progress, issues encountered, and the following day's work plan.
- Support the regional team lead in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting service feedback; proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and improve their experience.
- Organize and maintain on-site service documentation and records; report equipment status and client needs to the regional team lead in a timely manner.
- Continuously learn company products, technical skills, and service standards to enhance professional expertise.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Automation or a related field.
- Proficiency with Mitsubishi PLC systems required.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical repair skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently on-site and respond to urgent after-hours issues.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Georgia region as needed.
