We are actively seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant/Junior Account Executive to join our team at Zar Group Apparel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, contributing significantly to our overall success. Key responsibilities include mostly Sales Assistant responsibilities - coordinating and preparing our sales team for important meetings and have a can do positive attitude with a sense of urgency, accuracy, ensuring exceptional customer service by facilitating communication between the sales team and customers, and serving as the main liaison between buyers and our sales team as well as our internal teams between design and production.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating sales/ATS materials for sales preparation and success.
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members.
- Lead client correspondence and address inquiries and issues promptly.
- Read through and compile selling reports for the sales and design team on a weekly basis.
- Organize and update available-to-sell recaps as inventory flows.
- Keep the showroom in pristine condition
- Manage drop ship processes successfully, including showroom maintenance and organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Programs is a must.
- Collaborate with the Allocator/EDI team for orders and drop ship accounts.
- Experience with A2000, PLM programs, PIM/Smartsheets systems, and drop ship systems, as well as NuOrder, is preferred.
- Ability to create Look Books/PowerPoint presentations is a significant plus.
- Sales Account management
Qualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience in sales.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site 5 days a week position in Mid Town with a competitive salary of approximately $60K-$70K depending on experience and health insurance.
