About the Team
Our team is dedicated to delivering accurate cost analysis and financial insights that drive efficiency and innovation in the manufacturing of automatic transmissions.
What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst:
- Prepares and maintains cost analysis for processes, products and equipment for manufacturing of automatic transmissions
- Periodic analysis and reporting of key costing data and metrics
- Identification, Calculation and Planning of the cost components of transmissions
- Working with production departments to determine cost impact of changes to manufacturing processes
- Participates in projects for cost improvement activities
- Participates in special projects for Controlling & Finance
- Continuous work improvement activities for self as well as the company
- Supports annual budgeting for operations and capital requirements
- Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
Your profile as Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of controlling and financial functions in manufacturing operation
- Basic knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
- Basic knowledge of PDM systems (e.g. Axalant)
- Advanced user of MS Office Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Experience in manufacturing environment and cost calculations
