We currently have openings for Production Operators at our Fenton, MI facility. Our plant is clean, climate controlled and organized.
Position Overview :
Production Operators are responsible for operating assembly machinery and assembling components into a machined valve body, operating machining, and testing equipment, visually inspecting, testing, and washing machined valve bodies.
- Adhere to all personal protective equipment and safety requirements
- Operate machinery and perform changeovers as needed
- Perform visual inspections and identify potential quality concerns
- Pack parts and retrieve components to keep the line stocked (may require pallet truck)
- Keep cell and area clean
Required :
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Willingness to work overtime as needed (up to 12-hour days; up to 7 days per week)
- Able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have at least 3 months of manufacturing experience
- Must be able to work any shift
Pay and Benefits :
- Production Operators progress from $ to $ over 30 months; shift premium for afternoons and midnights.
