About the Team: The Maintenance team at ZF Marysville plays a critical role in supporting production by maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems—including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, robotic, and automation technologies. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a dedicated team of 8 direct reports during the second shift (2pm–10pm), ensuring smooth operations and timely repairs. This role involves coordinating both internal staff and external contractors, with occasional overtime required to meet production demands and maintain equipment reliability.

- Supervises and assigns the work of union maintenance employees and contractors. Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuously improve in all areas.
- Ensures all work is performed in a safe manner, with 100% compliance to all safety rules and regulations.
- Understands and complies with TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Inspects daily work for quality and completeness.
- Determines material, equipment, supplies, and time required to complete tasks.
- Maintains maintenance employees work hours and inputs changes into computer system.
- Coordinates and assists in ordering spare parts for equipment.
- Prior to delivery, will participate in equipment buyoff with supplier. During and after new equipment installation, inspects major contract work on the electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and other related systems.
Your profile as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- High School diploma or GED and 2-5 years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of the install, inspect, and repair of machining, grinding, heat treating and assembly automation required.
- Knowledge of Fanuc robotic systems.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, automated conveyor systems and other pressure and force systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties. Knowledge of MIOSHA safety requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues relating to CNC machines and robotic equipment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
