Full-Cycle Account ExecutiveChannel DirectRoleAs a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales process—from sourcing to close—while also cultivating relationships with brokers, carriers, and HR tech partners that drive new business opportunities. This role owns both direct employer sales and strategic channel relationships that drive new pipeline. You'll prospect into mid-market employers (500-5,000 employees) and collaborate with our founders on building and scaling our channel strategy with key partners like benefits brokers and HR platforms.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role will require a broad understanding of employee benefits technology and services. The successful individual will excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. They will be a self-starter and quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way. They will design and execute high-volume, targeted outbound campaign to C-level executives that lead to delivering complex presentations centered around the solution value. It's essential that you be organized, personable, and professional. Further, you will collaborate with the product team, you'll provide insights that shape future features based on customer interactions and market feedback. Demonstrating strong strategic selling ability, crafting client offers and alternative paths that meeting prospect goals and priorities.Relationship Builder: You cultivate long-term partnerships, not just transactions. Maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with channel partners and clients to strategically cross-sell additional business.Required Qualifications4 years of B2B sales experience: 2 of which selling technology/services to mid-market employers with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota.Industry experience: Deep understanding and history of solving problems in the HCM, payroll, benefits administration, or related HR technology spaceClosing discipline: Proven ability to build qualified pipeline, refine sales action and strategic plans, run prospect discovery, deliver meaningful demos, and close mutually beneficial dealsProfessional autonomy & accountability: Willingness to be the face and voice of Zevo in the market, which includes travel up to 30-40% (industry events, partner meetings, key prospect visits). Having the ability to work independently, yet being held accountable to results through weekly readouts of activity, pipeline development, and forecasting.Preferred QualificationsExisting broker/consultant relationships in benefits spaceChannel sales experienceBachelor's or advanced degreeHistory successfully selling for a start-up or first to market solutionCompensationTotal On-Target Earnings: $155,000 - $170,000, which is a mix of a competitive base and aggressively tiered and uncapped commission structure that pays on reccurring revenue.
