What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanic/Technician position at ZEVAC?
Skill Requirements
- Experience with the following a plus: pipeline pigging, pipeline cleaning, filter/separator operations on pipeline or in plant, portable flaring or pipeline isolation.
- Forklift card or the ability to attain one.
- The ability to read a Tape Measure down to 1/16 inch.
- Experience in industrial Rigging.
- Safe heavy lifting experience up to 75 lbs.
- Experience using air and hand tools used in manufacturing and maintenance of compression and/or pump equipment.
- The ability to successfully attain Abnormal Operating Conditions Operator Qualification per 49 CFR 192.
- Experience with safe loading/unloading and securing heavy equipment on trailers. The successful candidate will be able to pass routine and random DOT drug screen and will have a HS diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to travel on short notice.
- Assist in training personnel on quality procedures and standards.
