Project Manager

Zeus Restoration is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Fire Mold Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the rebuilding of customers' homes that have been affected by water damage, fire incidents, or mold infestation. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the customer's home is rebuilt to a higher standard than before, exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and insurance carriers throughout the rebuilding process.
• Collaborate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and restoration technicians to create detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and insurance requirements by obtaining the necessary permits and documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality rebuilding services.
• Provide regular updates to homeowners, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring effective communication throughout.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Perform thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and surpasses customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including invoices, change orders, and completion reports.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to water damage restoration, fire rebuilding, and mold remediation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the water damage restoration, fire rebuilding, or mold remediation industry.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with homeowners, insurance carriers, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team of subcontractors.
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
