The Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting is responsible for overseeing the systems, processes, and tools that support the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions. This role serves as the functional lead and administrator of FP&A platforms, driving integration between financial systems and data sources, and ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient financial processes. The position acts as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams.
- Serve as the administrator of FP&A planning platforms (e.g., OneStream / Oracle).
- leveraging the OneStream CPM platform to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data modeling while ensuring system administration and optimization
- Manage system configurations, user access, and functional maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across platforms (ERP, planning tools, BI systems).
- Oversee integration of financial systems and third-party data sources to support planning and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering to maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, and validation checks.
- Design and maintain financial planning templates, input forms, and modeling structures.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning calendars.
- Manage workflow automation, version control, and approvals within planning tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and reporting packages.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial and operational reporting.
- Support business units and FP&A analysts with ad hoc reporting needs and tools training.
- Act as the finance point-of-contact for IT and data engineering on systems projects.
- Support implementation of new tools and upgrades in collaboration with technical teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a related analytical function.
- Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle PBCS, Workday Adaptive).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and reporting best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)., preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL or scripting for data manipulation and validation.
- Experience supporting digital finance transformation or system implementations, preferred.
- Project management or process improvement certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting skills .
