Trading Director

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Boca Raton, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Trading Director will oversee trading operations, develop and execute trading strategies, manage risk, and monitor financial markets to identify opportunities. This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to meet institutional client needs, executing trades across various product types, and driving business growth by managing and optimizing trade execution and hedging activities.

• Proven expertise in Trading Strategies and execution of trades across diverse financial products
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Hedging practices to manage risk effectively
• Strong Sales and relationship management skills to build and maintain institutional client partnerships
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus
• 5 years of experience in the fixed income trading industry, ideally in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing team
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
