We're looking for a high-performing operator with 4 6 years of experience ideally from a consulting or client-facing strategy/ops background who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from 01. This is a founding role on a high-visibility team responsible for launching one of the most important AI products in the company's history.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product, playing a critical part in scaling next-generation AI platforms.
What you'll do:
Own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping through implementation and post-launch success
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating needs into clear product requirements
Build and scale operational playbooks to support rapid growth
Manage complex, enterprise client engagements and align senior stakeholders
Partner closely with leadership to shape product strategy and post-sales motion
What they're looking for:
3 5 or 5-8 years in management consulting or a client-facing strategy/ops role at a high-growth startup
Experience leading complex enterprise software implementations
Strong track record of building processes and systems from scratch
Sharp product intuition and ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights
High autonomy, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
Startup operating or founding experience is a plus
