RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Activation Strategy on our Activation Partnership Enablement team to support clients located in the Central and Western US regions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in integrating state-of-the-art platform and intelligence capabilities, enhancing our approach in the market. This role is essential in leveraging first-party and strategic behavioral data to develop innovative activation strategies and deliver deterministic measurement to unlock the full potential of media spend. Through collaboration across business units and contributing to business and media thought leadership, the Director, Activation Strategy, will contribute to the growth and success of our clients and our company.
Strategic Development: Assist in developing and implementing strategic direction and operational standards for the Activation Partnership Enablement team, including go-to-market (GTM) consistency, templates, best practices, and playbook standardization.
Account Prioritization: Work with the Partnership Enablement Taskforce (Marketing, Solutions) to prioritize and identify key accounts to support and determine the level of engagement with the Strategy team.
Sales Support: Support sales on pitches or calls qualified for Strategy resourcing—priority partnerships, Zeta high-opportunity cross-sells, and the top 10% of case requests.
RFP Frameworks: Develop strategic frameworks for key RFPs, contribute to the methodology and approach, and coordinate with the Partnership Enablement Taskforce to deliver final products to the Activation Partnerships team.
Client Partnership: Partner with Activation Partnership leads and clients to deeply understand their needs, providing strategic media recommendations that align with their objectives.
Process Optimization: Uphold, optimize, and refine the "pre-sales" flow—ensure teams are closely following the Case Requests to deliverable process for efficiency and maintaining high-quality outputs.
Data Integration: Champion and translate the integration of Data Cloud intelligence at the core of solutions, incorporating firstparty data and behavioral insights into all activation strategies to ensure a data-driven approach.
Innovation Promotion: Encourage innovation within the team to develop and implement advanced, practical activation strategies that lead the market.
Cross-Unit Collaboration: Collaborate across business units (CRM, ZX, Actions), ensuring seamless communication and integration of insights and capabilities.
Measurement Frameworks: Work closely with Activation Analytics and Data Cloud Analytics teams to develop appropriate, repeatable measurement frameworks and set expectations on suitable reports at the client and campaign level, requiring situational understanding:

Product Feedback: Inform the product roadmap by providing feedback and meeting with Product teams on client and activation priorities
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
