Zesty Z’s Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our expanding team. Our company specializes in high-quality residential cleaning, emphasizing thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure our clients’ homes are truly clean, comfortable, and cared for. As a Cleaning Technician, you will work closely with the owner and fellow team members to deliver exceptional cleaning services throughout the Plano, Collin County, and North Dallas areas. This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and surface polishing.
- Go beyond basic surface cleaning to ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and care.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Zesty Z’s Cleaning Services in clients’ homes.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Report any maintenance issues or supplies needed to management promptly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the service area as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with clients in their homes.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
