About the Company
My client, a global leader with over 75 years of experience in wet and hybrid cooling solutions. They serve a wide range of markets, including oil & gas, industrial processes, solar, biomass, waste-to-energy, data centers, hydrogen, carbon capture, nuclear, and geothermal energy.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Serve as the lead technical developer for projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
- Generate and validate ACC360 reports confirming accuracy and relevance.
- Develop performance improvement recommendations, including mechanical upgrades, control logic changes, and cleaning strategies.
- Generate proposals and ROI calculations to present findings and solutions to customers—plant managers, operators, and engineers—onsite or remotely.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent related degree or practical experience).
- 3 years of experience in thermal systems, power generation, or industrial services.
- Understanding of performance analytics and thermal systems, ideally in air-cooled condenser (ACC) environments.
