Job Description

Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) at University of Tennessee Southern is looking for a Grill Cook. Come work for a company that provides some great perks! We are looking for an experienced grill cook who is looking for a better quality of life. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a high-volume food establishment. Having experience working in a cafeteria is preferred, but not required.
