This role gives you the opportunity to work at a variety of restaurants throughout West Michigan, learn from experienced crew leaders, and grow into leadership roles as our team continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
- Power wash and degrease commercial kitchen hoods, vents, and exhaust systems
- Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as part of a complete service
- Work as a team from start to finish on each job
- Take before-and-after photos and complete service reports for customers
- Learn and operate diesel- and gas-powered pressure washers
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Willingness to work primarily night shifts (about 80%), with occasional day jobs depending on customer hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Schedule & Pay
- 30–40 hours per week, depending on customer demand and availability
- Full-time preferred
- Typical schedule: Sunday through Thursday, with Friday & Saturday off
- All shifts possible based on restaurant hours of operation
- Starting pay based on experience — no experience required
- Paid training (weekly pay)
