- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
- Respond to customer questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
- Communicate job details and schedule updates to technicians
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day
- Assist with route adjustments and schedule changes as needed
- Help maximize technician productivity and schedule efficiency
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company software systems
- Process work orders and update customer records
