Position Summary

zerorez Commercial Las Vegas are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support our growing operations.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while also supporting scheduling, dispatch coordination, account follow-up, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining efficient scheduling, supporting field operations, and helping drive company growth.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Customer Service
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
  • Respond to customer questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
Scheduling & Dispatch Support
  • Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
  • Communicate job details and schedule updates to technicians
  • Monitor technician progress throughout the day
  • Assist with route adjustments and schedule changes as needed
  • Help maximize technician productivity and schedule efficiency
Administrative Support
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in company software systems
  • Process work orders and update customer records
  • Assist with recurring service scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Support collections efforts and customer payment follow-up
  • Assist management with reporting and operational projects
Account Follow-Up
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers as needed
  • Confirm future appointments and recurring services
  • Support customer retention efforts
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company software
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in service-based industries
  • Dispatch or route management experience
