What are the duties of a Zerorez® Customer Service Representative?
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees in the field using various methods of technology.
- Field inbound calls and emails, and text messages in order to book reservations, reschedules, customer concerns, and cancellations.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up with online inquiries, lost sales, and annual customer courtesy calls.
- Educate customers on products and processes.
- Sell appointments on the phone.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Manager

Requirements
What qualities must I possess to join Zerorez® as a Customer Support Representative?
- Upbeat, friendly personality.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with previous call center experience preferred.
- Ability to sit for long durations.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and Google Products such as Chrome, Gmail, and Drive familiarity.
- Familiarity with the area and ability to route based on most efficient and time-saving methods.
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work
- Must be flexible - schedule will vary based on business needs. Some Saturday work required. We are closed on Sunday.
Salary : $20
