Retail Sales Ambassador — Commission Only

Position Overview
ZEROES Beverages is hiring experienced sales professionals to develop retail accounts and grow the brand within an assigned territory.
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position and is not an entry-level role.
Required Experience
Applicants must have:
- Previous outside sales experience
- Retail account-development experience
- Beverage, alcohol, distributor, or consumer packaged goods sales experience
- Experience selling to business owners, store managers, buyers, or other decision-makers
What Candidates Should Be Comfortable Doing
- Approaching store owners, managers, and buyers
- Asking for orders and following up consistently
- Developing new retail accounts
- Working with distributors to support order placement and fulfillment
- Tracking visits, account activity, and sales progress
Compensation
- Commission-only
- Paid on eligible cases sold through authorized distributors
- Uncapped commission opportunity
- Additional incentives may be available based on sales volume and territory performance
There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or base pay for this position.
