Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Field Installer & Sales Representative to join our team in a dynamic, entry-level dual role. This hands-on position combines technical installation with community-facing sales and outreach. You will thrive as a collaborative team member during your initial onboarding, while building the confidence to work independently and efficiently in the field once fully trained. You will be responsible for setting up routers and networking equipment—which requires working outdoors consistently in all types of weather conditions, as well as on roofs and in attics—while simultaneously acting as a sales representative to engage and sign up new customers.
English fluency is required for this role, bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to support our deep focus on community engagement. Success in this role requires a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, a flexible schedule, with availability to work evening and weekend hours as needed. As our company expands, this entry-level position offers direct advancement opportunities.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
