What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain operations by maintaining accurate data, coordinating materials, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role helps manage scheduling, documentation, and inventory‑related tasks to keep production flowing efficiently. The coordinator also assists in process improvements and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen overall supply chain performance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Master Scheduler in daily scheduling activities.
- Help manage scheduling software and tools.
- Prepare and distribute job packs for release to production.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and workflow.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data-entry, document control, and correspondences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Effective Performance:
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling concepts
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of supply chain and production processes
Skills/Abilities/Specifications:
- Ability to communicate individually or team settings
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain and input data accurately

- Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
