Front Desk Associate
Zero Zero Two | Colorado's premier pickleball club
At Zero Zero Two, the front desk sets the tone. It is where the club experience begins: a warm welcome, a smooth check-in, a clear answer, and the little details handled before anyone has to ask. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-minded person who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in keeping things sharp.
This is a social role, but it is not a stand-around-and-chat role. You will be expected to learn our systems, stay focused, notice what needs attention, and move with purpose—even when the club is quiet.
What You'll Own
- Welcome members, guests, and first-time visitors with confidence and warmth.
- Check players in, answer questions, and help daily club operations run smoothly.
- Use scheduling software, club systems, and the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Keep the front desk and surrounding areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready.
- Communicate clearly with players, teammates, and managers.
- Notice what needs to be done and step in without waiting to be asked.
- Show up on time, ready to work, and bring steady energy through the entire shift.

What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong comfort with technology, modern software, and point-of-sale systems.
- Consistent attention to detail, punctuality, and follow-through.
A Plus, Not a Must
- Pickleball, tennis, or other racquet-sport experience.
- Café, restaurant, hospitality, or guest-service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, social environment.
Available Shifts
Opening: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM weekdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM weekends
Midday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Closing: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM weekdays, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM weekends
