Job Description:
Zero Max Inc is seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for processing driver’s applications, onboarding process for new drivers, for our Longwood, FL office. This includes participating in the hiring process, creating and assigning new drivers to the respective fleet and assets, and managing candidate flow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the logistics and trucking industry, excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit talented drivers in ways that support Zero Max Inc’s culture.
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring all candidates are hired for roles that meet or exceed goals.
- Support recruitment efforts with new hire orientation meetings
- Support the recruitment process with on-going training on new hire orientation, performance reviews, etc.
- Maintain an applicant database for future hires.
- Assist with performance reviews as needed by coordinating with the leadership team on review processes.
- Work with leadership team to identify areas of growth and development within the organization that can lead to promotions or other career advancement opportunities.
