Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing materials, equipment, and services for projects
- Create and manage purchase orders and track order status
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain procurement records, pricing, and supplier information
- Support project managers with procurement timelines and material planning
- Review vendor quotes and compare pricing to ensure cost efficiency
- Communicate and confirm with internal teams regarding order status, delays, or changes
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations support
- Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, or material sourcing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Experience in construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
