Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Ecommerce Web Developer. The Ecommerce Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ecommerce websites with a focus on functionality, user experience, and performance. Daily tasks include developing front-end and back-end functionality, implementing creative web design solutions, writing efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for conversion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
- Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design
- Experience in Ecommerce Web Development, including website optimization and performance management
- Familiarity with modern development tools, frameworks, and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in ecommerce and user experience optimization is a plus
