Remote Sales Specialist (Commission-Only | High-Ticket | AI Education)

We’re hiring a remote Sales Specialist to help scale a fast-growing AI-based coding education company. This role is for someone who knows how to source, set, sell, and close, and wants uncapped upside tied directly to performance.

We run an AI-powered coding class designed for total beginners who want to learn how to build real, deployed apps.

This is high-ticket, high-impact education with strong demand and warm inbound interest driven by content.

• Outbound source leads using LinkedIn & Instagram
• Content is already being created for you to leverage
• Set appointments with qualified, high-intent prospects
• Run sales calls and confidently close deals
• Manage your pipeline end-to-end (DMs → booked calls → closed clients)

• Proven experience in outbound sales (DMs, cold outreach, or social selling)
• Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
• Comfortable selling high-ticket offers
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Fully remote, able to manage your own schedule

Tiered Commission (No Cap)

• 1–4 clients/month: 15% commission
• 5–10 clients/month: 25% commission
• 10 clients/month: 30% commission
