Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security gaps.
- Monitor cybersecurity trends and emerging threats to recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to integrate security best practices.
- Develop and maintain security policies, protocols, and incident response plans.
- Perform penetration testing and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Provide training and support to staff on cybersecurity awareness and technology innovations.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging tools and platforms that enhance security posture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering and emerging technology integration.
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and communicate complex security concepts effectively.
