Role Summary: The Master Esthetician at Zermatt Resort & Spa provides an elevated, luxury skincare experience for our guests. We are looking for a proactive professional who not only possesses advanced clinical skills but also understands the importance of business development. The ideal candidate will take an active role in networking and self-promotion to build a loyal local following and ensure a consistently full book.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactive Business Development: Actively network within the resort and local community to promote services and attract new clientele. Participate in resort events and "meet the expert" opportunities to build guest rapport.

Deliver Premium Esthetic Services: Perform a sophisticated range of treatments including customized Swiss-style facials, advanced extractions, chemical peels, and specialized body treatments (wraps and scrubs).

Elevate the Guest Experience: Conduct comprehensive skin analyses to create bespoke treatment plans. Ensure every guest leaves with a reason to re-book and refer others.

Drive Retail & Revenue: Provide professional aftercare "prescriptions" to meet monthly retail goals. Suggest relevant treatment upgrades to maximize the value of every guest visit.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and "stage-ready" treatment room. Accurately document guest profiles to ensure seamless long-term retention.

Collaborative Culture: Support a professional, drama-free work environment through positive communication and team-oriented behavior.

Licensure: Current and active Utah DOPL Master Esthetician License is required.

Experience: Proven track record of client retention and a willingness to engage in self-promotion/networking.

Flexibility: Ability to work a resort schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The Hotel functions seven days a week and 24-hours a day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift so support business demands.
