We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical projects in commercial settings. In this role, you will ensure that all installations, upgrades, and maintenance are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
As the on-site leader, your responsibilities will include:
-Overseeing and directing electrical crews.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Managing daily activities and project schedules.
- Conducting quality control checks and ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Managing materials and project data through platforms like ProCore.
- Leading safety meetings and tracking project budgets.
- Assisting with estimating by reviewing contracts and scopes of work.
To be successful in this position, you must have proven leadership experience in commercial electrical construction and a strong proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore. We are looking for a professional with a solid track record of managing on-site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
