Legal Services Clerk (Entry Level)

We are partnering with a prestigious national law firm seeking an Entry-Level Legal Services Clerk to join its Downtown Tampa office. You do not need prior law firm experience. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy staying organized, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and like being the person everyone can count on, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, print, scan, copy, and assemble legal documents and presentation materials
• Create binders and organize client files and case materials
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing deliveries
• Prepare FedEx, courier, and overnight shipments
• Stock office, copier, printer, and conference room supplies
• Assist with conference room setup and cleanup for meetings and events
• Help manage office inventory and supplies
• Move files, storage boxes, and office materials as needed
• Provide support across multiple departments while delivering exceptional internal customer service
• Work closely with vendors, couriers, and other business partners
• Pitch in wherever needed to help keep a busy office running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Valid Florida driver's license
