Degree Heating & Cooling is expanding — and we’re looking for a Licensed Residential Plumber (P2 or higher) who wants to earn great money, work year-round, and help build something big.
We’re a well-established HVAC company with a strong reputation in the Danbury area, and we’re growing our plumbing team. This is an opportunity to join early, have a voice in the department, and be rewarded for your performance.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to homeowners
- Run service calls and communicate scope and pricing
- Deliver 5-star customer service experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- Active Connecticut Plumbing License (P2 preferred)
- Experience with residential service and installation
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ServiceTitan experience (a plus, not required)
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
- Ability to climb ladders and operate tools safely
- Work performed in residential homes in varying seasonal conditions
