Role Description
This is a half to full-time on-site role for a Contract Paralegal-Corporate, located in Centennial, CO. As a contract paralegal, you will assist with legal document review and management, conduct research, review legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. The role requires effective communication and collaboration, as well as administrative support for various corporate and real estate legal processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Drafting and Management
- Experience in transactional/mergers & acquisitions environment
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with corporate law is required
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is required
- Ability to work onsite in Centennial, CO
