Zephyr is expanding its clinical offerings to include an in-person Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Program launching January 2026.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled therapist to join our team and lead group and individual therapy sessions within our new IOP/PHP program. The ideal candidate will be experienced in running therapy groups, skilled in short-term case conceptualization, and passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful progress in structured treatment settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily group therapy sessions (IOP and PHP levels of care)
- Conduct individual therapy sessions as assigned
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning
- Perform thorough risk assessments and develop safety plans when necessary
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatry and administrative staff to ensure cohesive patient care
- Support development and refinement of program structure, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure; pre-licensed candidates (LPCC, LSW) encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating therapy groups (IOP/PHP experience strongly preferred)
- Strong skills in short-term case conceptualization, treatment planning, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working in IOP/PHP or higher-level care settings
- Familiarity with trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based modalities
- Comfort working with a range of mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders
