For over 20 years, we have been the exclusive Renewal by Andersen affiliate serving Dubuque, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.

Do to our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Union Carpenter to join our team dedicated to installing premium Renewal by Andersen windows and doors throughout the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area. Key Responsibilities:

· Install high-end Renewal by Andersen replacement windows and patio doors according to strict manufacturer standards.

· Perform structural adjustments, framing, casing, and custom trim work (interior and exterior) to ensure a flawless fit and finish.

· Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

· Interact professionally with homeowners, respecting their property and maintaining a clean, safe job site.

· Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects on time while maintaining zero-defect quality.

Qualifications:

· Active union membership (or willingness to join/re-instate).

· Proven experience in carpentry, specifically window and door installation or residential remodeling.

· Familiarity with Renewal by Andersen products or similar high-end composite/wood window systems is a strong plus.

· Proficiency with standard carpentry tools, including miter saws, table saws, and brake tools for custom aluminum trim/coiling.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to navigate job sites across the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City metro areas.

· Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

Schedule:

· Day shift

· Monday to Friday (potential for occasional overtime)

Pay: $35.92 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
