Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Client Relations & Sales Associate specializing in luxury leather goods. Responsibilities include engaging customers with exceptional service, building and maintaining client relationships, supporting the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will assist with managing bespoke product consultations, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the brand’s story and values to clientele.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Familiarity with luxury retail, bespoke products, or leather goods is an advantage
• Proficiency in managing and coordinating client appointments and consultations
• Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• An appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and product quality
• Previous experience with marketing, branding, or customer outreach is a plus
