The Regional Sales Team Lead is a hunter-first, field-based sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across their assigned Florida market. This role owns the full sales cycle — from lead generation through close — while serving as the local face of ZEO to physicians, clinic owners, and partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who builds pipeline independently, closes consultatively, and lays the groundwork for future team expansion in their market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Own and grow your territory by independently prospecting and generating new business with physician-run clinics, integrative health practices, med spas, and aesthetic providers
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Identify high-value target accounts and develop tailored strategies to win them
Sales Execution
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, clinical and business case presentation, objection handling, and close
- Educate physicians and clinic decision-makers on the clinical applications and ROI of ZEO's exosome and stem cell products
- Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Account Growth & Retention
- Onboard new accounts and ensure successful product adoption
- Deepen existing accounts through ongoing education, training support, and access to ZEO's growth programs (including the ZEO Masterclass and patient masterclass program)
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clinics in your region
Market Leadership
- Represent ZEO at regional conferences, CME events, and industry gatherings
- Provide field intelligence to marketing and leadership on competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and customer needs
- Help shape the playbook as ZEO scales — your wins inform how we expand
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of medical, pharmaceutical, biologics, or device sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline (not reliant on inbound or marketing-sourced leads)
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Orlando, Tampa, or Naples
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory (50–75%)
Preferred
- Experience selling regenerative medicine, exosomes, stem cells, orthobiologics, aesthetics, or related clinical products
- Existing network of physician or clinic relationships in Florida
- Experience selling to cash-pay or concierge medical practices
