Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring timely meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
- Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and efficiently for service.
- Handle food with care, following proper hygiene practices, including knife skills and proper storage techniques.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience, with a focus on food handling safety.
- Strong culinary skills including knife proficiency, meal preparation, and food industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with menu planning, food safety standards, and catering processes.
- Excellent communication skills for serving customers and working effectively within a team.
