We’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations, elevate the guest experience, and support the day-to-day execution of our food & beverage program.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience from the moment guests arrive.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House Leadership
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including host stand, service flow, and guest experience
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, and front-of-house staff
- Ensure a high standard of service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
- Step in during service as needed to maintain smooth operations
Team Management
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding front-of-house team members
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Food & Beverage Operations
- Assist with food and beverage inventory management and ordering
- Monitor stock levels, waste, and cost control
- Support menu execution and service efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Guest Experience
- Act as a point of contact for guests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and hospitality-first atmosphere
- Help create an experience that keeps guests coming back
