We are seeking an E-Commerce & Boutique Lead who feels called to bring this vision to life, someone who understands that retail can be an experience, and that every interaction is an opportunity to connect, inspire, and serve.
What You Will Do
Boutique Experience
• Curate and maintain a visually elevated and inviting retail space aligned with the ZenVida aesthetic
• Guide clients in discovering products that support their wellness journey
• Drive boutique sales through authentic, service-based engagement
• Maintain inventory, restock, and ensure the space is always organized and beautifully presented
E-Commerce & Online Store
• Build, launch, and manage ZenVida’s online boutique
• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping
• Ensure a seamless and elevated online shopping experience
Content & Growth
• Collaborate on content creation to highlight boutique items and new arrivals
• Support in promoting retail through social media, email campaigns, and in-studio touchpoints
• Assist in seasonal launches, promotions, and special events
Studio Experience
• Support front desk operations as needed
• Create a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest
• Embody and reflect ZenVida’s mission of making a net positive impact in every interaction
Who You Are
• Warm, engaging, and naturally service-oriented
• Have a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and presentation
• Comfortable with sales in a genuine, non-pushy way
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Interested in or experienced with e-commerce platforms
• Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and intentional living
